Job summary

Cloudflare, based in the NYC metro, is seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Director to lead the Enterprise AI and Digital Native segment. You will drive strategic acquisition and expansion of the highest‑impact accounts, scale and mentor a high‑performing team, and embed Cloudflare as the core infrastructure for the world’s most innovative companies.

In this role you’ll guide C‑suite and engineering buyers through complex, technical cycles, partner with Product, CS, Solutions Engineering and Field

Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct B2B sales experience.
• 5+ years leading high-performing sales teams.
• Proven track record managing field sales through complex, technical cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed regional revenue targets for the Northeast Digital Native ecosystem.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a world-class field sales team.
• Advise CTOs and Engineering leaders on modern network architectures and AI platforms.
• Articulate Cloudflare value across Workers AI, R2, security, and developer platforms.
• Partner with Product, CS, Solutions Engineering, and Field Marketing on regional GTM strategies.
• Maintain executive sponsorship and close complex deals.
