Cloudflare is seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Director to lead the DN/AI Growth Segment in a high-growth market. You will drive acquisition and expansion of startup accounts, scale a high-performing, technically oriented sales team, and position Cloudflare as the core infrastructure layer for modern workloads.

You will leverage a founder mindset, VC network, and PLG-to-enterprise selling motions to identify high-potential accounts and accelerate growth across Cloudflare’s platform offerings.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales.
• 3+ years leading sales teams.
• Experience in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or developer platforms.
• Strong connections in tech startup and VC ecosystems.
• Experience with hybrid, product-led growth and enterprise sales.
• Ability to navigate fast-changing markets and turn ambiguity into strategy.

Aufgaben

• Own and exceed quarterly revenue targets for AI/startup ecosystem.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a world-class sales team for technical buyers.
• Articulate Cloudflare’s value across connectivity cloud (Workers AI, R2, security, dev platforms).
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Marketing to convert self-serve usage into enterprise agreements.
• Act as executive sponsor for high-growth startups and VC partners to position Cloudflare as foundational infrastructure.
