Cloudflare seeks an entrepreneurial Sales Director to lead our DN/AI Growth Segment, focusing on acquisition and expansion of our startup accounts. You will scale a high-performing team tasked with bringing the world’s most innovative AI companies onto Cloudflare's platform.

To thrive, you must bring a founder mentality and deep familiarity with the VC ecosystem to capture high-growth startups at inception and position Cloudflare as the infrastructure layer for modern workloads.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales
• Proven track record leading high-performing sales teams in cloud infrastructure/SaaS
• Strong understanding of modern application architecture and AI startup needs

Responsabilités

• Own and exceed quarterly revenue targets for AI startup segment
• Recruit, coach, and develop a world-class sales team
• Articulate Cloudflare’s value across connectivity cloud: Workers AI, R2 storage, security, developer platforms
• Partner with Product, Growth, and Marketing to convert self-serve usage into enterprise agreements
• Act as executive sponsor for startups and VC partners, positioning Cloudflare as foundational architecture
