Cloudflare is seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Director to lead the DN/AI Growth Segment, focusing on acquisition and expansion of startup accounts. You will scale a high-performing team, targeting the world’s most innovative AI companies to onboard Cloudflare’s platform.

To thrive, you’ll bring a founder mindset, deep VC ecosystem familiarity, and a strong grasp of hyperscaler dynamics and PLG to enterprise transitions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
• 3+ years leading sales teams.
• Proven track record in cloud infrastructure or SaaS.
• Strong connections in the venture capital ecosystem.
• Experience with hybrid/PLG to enterprise sales motions.

Responsabilités

• Own and exceed quarterly revenue targets for AI/startups in Cloudflare's growth segment.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-tempo sales team.
• Articulate Cloudflare’s value across connectivity, Workers AI, and platform offerings.
• Collaborate with Product/Growth/Marketing to convert self-serve usage into enterprise deals.
• Act as executive sponsor for high-growth startups and VC partners.
