Cloudflare is seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Director to lead its DN/AI Growth segment, driving acquisition and expansion for AI startups onto Cloudflare's platform. You will scale a high-performing team with a founder mindset and deep VC ecosystem familiarity, positioning Cloudflare as the infrastructure layer for modern workloads.

You must understand hyperscaler dynamics, AI startup compute/storage needs, and hybrid sales models that convert self-serve developers into enterprise engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software sales
• Led 3+ sales teams to revenue growth
• Strong network in startup VC ecosystem
• Experience blending product-led growth with enterprise sales

Responsabilités

• Own and exceed quarterly revenue targets for AI startup accounts
• Recruit and coach a high-performance sales team
• Articulate Cloudflare value across connectivity cloud (Workers AI, R2, security)
• Partner with Product, Growth, Marketing to scale self-serve to enterprise
