Cloudflare, Inc. seeks an entrepreneurial Director of Growth Sales for the AI & Digital Native startup segment. The role focuses on acquiring and expanding high-growth startup accounts, scaling a top-performing team, and positioning Cloudflare as the preferred infrastructure for modern workloads.

You will leverage a founder mindset, VC ecosystem familiarity, and PLG-to-enterprise motion to drive high-velocity and strategic expansion across AI startups and developers.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with at least 3+ leading sales teams.
• Proven track record leading high-performing sales teams in the cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or developer platform space.
• Active connections within the tech startup and VC ecosystems, with ability to spot and engage high-potential accounts early.
• Hands-on experience navigating hybrid sales models that blend product-led growth with top-down enterprise execution.
• Thrives in fast-paced markets and turns ambiguity into clear sales strategies.

Mansioni

• Own and exceed quarterly revenue targets, driving both high-velocity new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion within AI and startup ecosystem.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a world-class sales team oriented to technical buyers.
• Articulate Cloudflare’s value proposition across connectivity cloud, including Workers AI, R2 storage, network security, and developer platforms.
• Partner with Product, Growth, and Marketing to convert self-serve developer usage into enterprise agreements.
• Act as executive sponsor for high-growth startups, founders, and VC partners to position Cloudflare as foundational infrastructure.
