Job summary

Cloudflare, Inc. is seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Director to lead our DN/AI Growth Segment, scaling a high-performing team and accelerating the acquisition and expansion of startup accounts on Cloudflare’s platform.

You will need 10+ years in enterprise software sales, with 3+ years leading sales teams, and a founder mentality with VC ecosystem familiarity. Expect to drive PLG-to-enterprise transitions and work across the connectivity cloud stack.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
• 3+ years leading sales teams in cloud/SaaS.
• Strong understanding of modern application architectures and AI startups.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed quarterly revenue targets, driving new logo acquisition and account expansion within the AI/startup ecosystem.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a world-class sales team with a high-tempo, execution-focused culture.
• Articulate Cloudflare’s value across connectivity cloud, including Workers AI, R2 storage, security, and developer platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Marketing to convert self-serve usage into enterprise agreements.
• Act as executive sponsor for high-growth startups and VC partners, positioning Cloudflare as foundational architecture.
