Job summary

Databricks is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join the team and accelerate growth within manufacturing clients in the UK and beyond. You will lead strategic sales efforts, manage virtual teams, and champion the value of the Databricks Data + AI Platform to C-level stakeholders.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will co-develop business plans with partners, uncover high-impact AI use cases, and drive adoption through executive engagement, services, and training to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience selling to large enterprise accounts and leading virtual teams.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in enterprise software.
• Experience with value-based selling and executive engagements.
• Experience co-selling with cloud vendors (AWS, Azure, Google) and GSIs.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop a business plan with team and ecosystem partners to accelerate adoption and usage.
• Lead team, customer and partners to identify impactful big data and AI use cases and prove their value.
• Drive big data and AI transformation through partnerships, services, training and executive engagement.
• Develop understanding of technical product details and roadmap to build executive trust.
