WRITER is seeking a visionary AI transformation lead to partner with Fortune 100 accounts, translating WRITER’s platform into measurable P&L impact and guiding the shift to an AI‑first operating model.

You’ll be the architect of large‑scale value realization, influencing product roadmaps and helping the world’s biggest brands leverage superintelligence to expand human capacity. Hybrid work in SF or Seattle, reporting to the Director of AI Transformation and Success.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50–100 companies.
• Mastery of change management and strategic thinking with ability to set vision and translate capabilities to outcomes.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills for boards and C-level audiences.
• Curious mindset and active listening style to lead and inspire teams.
• Strong background in management consulting or strategy advisory to navigate complex business environments.
• Intrinsic motivation aligned with company values: Connect, Challenge, Own.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, leading ROI and value initiatives with a customer success partner.
• Set vision for Fortune 50–100 customers and define JTBD framework with leadership to drive AI adoption.
• Build and maintain C‑suite relationships as a trusted advisor to elevate AI priorities at the executive level.
• Lead value realization and ROI delivery by analyzing surveys and interviews to quantify P&L impact of AI adoption.
• Orchestrate cross‑functional programs across multiple stakeholders, managing escalations and risk.
• Identify expansion opportunities with sales through cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
• Scale transformation practices by producing decks, frameworks, and communications for the wider team.
