Job summary

CGS is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to drive the transformation across multiple teams and large IT programs for a federal agency. You will mentor executives, managers, product owners, and Scrum Masters, helping establish Agile culture, processes, and governance.

You’ll facilitate training, run workshops, and support delivery pipelines with DevSecOps practices, Lean portfolio management, and scaling across teams. This role offers strong growth in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of practical Agile experience.
• Strong understanding of SAFe including Scrum, Kanban, Product Ownership, and scaling.
• Experience as a hands-on organizational change agent across multiple teams.
• Ability to coach executives, managers, product owners, and Scrum Masters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Agile transformation for multiple teams and programs.
• Facilitate workshops to teach Agile and Lean principles.
• Lead Agile training for government stakeholders and contractors.
• Coach teams on sprint planning, backlogs, and delivery.
• Support PI Planning events and multiple ARTs.
• Provide feedback to improve processes, tooling, and policies.
