Job summary

CGS is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our Project Management team in support of a large federal agency. You will empower an Agile culture by coaching executives, managers, product owners, Scrum Masters, and teams to adopt Agile, Lean, and DevSecOps practices.

The ideal candidate will guide multiple teams through agile transformations, run workshops, and deliver government-focused Agile training.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience coaching executives, managers, and teams in Agile environments.
• Proven ability to lead Agile transformations across multiple teams.
• Strong facilitation of Agile workshops for cross-functional groups.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles in large programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Agile transformation for multiple teams at team and program level.
• Facilitate workshops to help teams understand Agile and Lean principles.
• Lead Agile Training for government stakeholders and contractors.
• Support sprint planning and ongoing Agile coaching for new teams.
