Job summary

Uptale - Immersive Learning in Miami seeks a Senior Account Executive to win six-figure, multi-site workforce readiness programs with large frontline employers across the United States. You'll drive enterprise deals from discovery through signature, and partner with a Learning Designer and technical team for tailored demos.

Based in Miami (hybrid), with regular travel to customer sites and industry events. You will shape the US sales motion, build a robust pipeline, and own end-to-end sales

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing B2B enterprise deals, including six-figure contracts.
• Proven track record in long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Structured qualification method and disciplined CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Build your pipeline with VPs of Operations, EHS, L&D and HR at large frontline employers.
• Run discovery to identify what needs to change and the sponsorship timeline.
• Lead the deal with tailored demos, involving Learning Designers and technical teams.
• Align deciders from operations to procurement and negotiate on value.
• Hand off and grow accounts with Customer Success to new sites and use cases.
