Job summary

ITA Group is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new opportunities across Events, Employee Experience, Channel Partner Solutions, and Customer Experience spaces. You will secure client meetings, leverage marketing tools, and tailor solutions to client needs.

The role emphasizes building relationships with key stakeholders, uncovering business challenges, and delivering measurable outcomes with a flexible, team-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in a consultative, business development, or sales-related role.
• Proven success in prospecting, researching client organizations, and delivering compelling sales presentations.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with collaboration, empathy, and active listening.
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to respond promptly and provide high service levels.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours to support projects and deadlines.
• Experience in a service-oriented or client-facing industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new opportunities within ITA Group’s Events, Employee Experience, Channel Partner Solutions, and Customer Experience spaces.
• Secure and conduct client meetings, leverage sales tools, and align ITA Group’s solutions to client needs.
• Uncover client challenges and design tailored solutions grounded in client data and insights.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes and measurable client goals.
