This quota-carrying, senior-level role blends Records management, Standards, and AI-powered productivity tools to deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to executives, guide complex deals through procurement, and travel up to 50% to engage customers nationwide.

Formación

• Proven success in complex enterprise SaaS sales (7+ years).
• Experience selling disruptive technology (AI/cloud/digital transformation).
• Executive presence when engaging with high-level stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted advisor to executives, investigators, and IT staff.
• Lead discovery and execution in long-cycle, high-value deals across Records management, Standards, and AI tools.
• Sell Axon Productivity Suite as a transformative, AI-era platform for corrections agencies.
• Deliver compelling demonstrations with solution engineers to show measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Professional Services, Legal, and Marketing to ensure customer success from first conversation to close.
• Represent Axon at regional and national Corrections conferences and contribute to thought leadership.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in Salesforce and develop territory strategies.
