Axon seeks a Strategic Account Executive for its Productivity Team in a remote, national role. You will lead high-stakes, consultative SaaS deals across Records management, Standards, and AI tools, driving adoption of Axon’s productivity suite to transform Corrections operations.

You’ll partner with executives, investigators, and IT staff to map ROI and outcomes. You’ll manage discovery, complex procurement, and stakeholder alignment while forecasting pipelines in Salesforce, traveling up to 50%

Qualifications

• 7+ years in complex enterprise SaaS sales.
• Experience selling disruptive technology in regulated industries.
• Executive presence with C-suite engagement.
• Strong consultative selling and ROI framing.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and long-cycle deals across Records, Standards, and AI tools.
• Be a trusted advisor to executives, investigators, and IT staff.
• Deliver compelling demos with solution engineers to show ROI and productivity gains.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Professional Services, Legal, and Marketing.
