Job summary

Axon is seeking an Account Executive on our Corrections Sales Team to lead enterprise-level sales across multiple states, building executive relationships and guiding agencies from legacy systems to fully integrated ecosystems that improve safety and outcomes.

You will manage multi-year deals, navigate procurement and budgets, and partner with product, legal, and leadership teams to drive measurable transformation in public sector agencies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in enterprise or public sector environments.
• Proven success owning and scaling a multi-state or highly strategic territory.
• Experience leading large, multi-threaded sales cycles with executive stakeholders and procurement.
• Experience closing high-value, multi-year deals within large, complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the strategy and execution for a multi-state Corrections territory.
• Develop and execute territory/account strategies for large agencies and revenue growth.
• Lead multi-year sales cycles and position Axon’s solutions as a strategic priority.
• Build executive-level relationships across multiple stakeholders within state agencies.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams to win complex opportunities.
