Job summary

CoStar is seeking a Major Accounts Sales Executive based in Phoenix, AZ, to sell Matterport products across various industries including AEC and Retail. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales record and excellent communication skills.

This role includes responsibilities such as building a sales pipeline, engaging distributors, and preparing sales forecasts. The position also requires a Bachelor’s degree and a willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in commercial or residential real estate.
• Proven track record in sales or business development.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills (both in-person and virtual).

Responsibilities

• Proactively look for opportunities to sell the Matterport Product offering.
• Accurately forecast weekly, monthly sales pipeline.
• Engage distributors and identify solutions to customer needs.
