Job summary

Starlink is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Enterprise Accounts for State & Local government programs. You will build and scale the account management team, manage government subsidies, and drive revenue realization across large, complex contracts.

The role requires a strong leader who can navigate a fast-paced startup environment, manage cross-functional initiatives, and deliver customer-focused outcomes across executive-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years working with State & Local executives and customers to support a technical product/service.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth plans for Starlink government programs.
• Scale and lead the enterprise account management function.
• Hire and lead an exceptional team.
• Identify and build tools and capabilities to manage accounts at scale, coordinating with software and finance teams to automate where possible.
• Manage non-technical project management for government subsidized accounts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to finalize subsidy contracts and ensure on-time delivery.
• Own onboarding and long-term retention/growth of customer relationships.
• Communicate readiness, requirements, schedules, and risks clearly to stakeholders.
