Job summary

Responsibilities

• Build, deliver, and rapidly implement strategy for delivering Starlink to government subsidized programs.
• Grow and build the enterprise account management function within Starlink.
• Hire and lead an exceptional team.
• Identify tools and capabilities to manage accounts at scale, collaborating with software and finance teams.
• Develop internal metrics and visualizations to measure success.
• Manage all non-technical project management for government accounts.
• Finalize commercial government subsidy contracts for timely activation.
• Ensure contract requirements are delivered on time and meet requirements.
• Own customer interface from signature to onboarding and long-term growth.
• Build relationships with customer contacts to identify requirements and drive revenue realizations.
