Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Account Lead for State & Local Government to develop and manage a team responsible for enterprise accounts at scale, guiding contracts from signature to activation and growth.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue while minimizing human-in-the-loop processes, with travel to offices and customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; OR high school diploma/equivalency and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years in account management, customer success, or business operations.
• 1+ years of experience working with government customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the interface from contract signature onwards, including onboarding and ongoing account management.
• Delight Starlink enterprise customers by delivering excellent service and managing expectations.
• Identify requirements, communicate risks, and influence product and process improvements.
• Grow revenue by retaining accounts and expanding contract value across regions.
