Job summary

Responsibilities

• Build and lead strategy for delivering Starlink to Civilian government programs.
• Grow the enterprise account management function within Starlink.
• Hire and lead an exceptional team.
• Develop scalable tools and processes with cross-functional partners.
• Define goals, metrics, and dashboards to measure success.
• Oversee non-technical project management for government accounts.
• Ensure timely contract delivery and activation against requirements.
• Own customer interface from signature through onboarding and growth.
