Responsibilities

• Build, deliver, and scale strategy and growth plans for delivering Starlink to Civilian government programs.
• Grow and lead the enterprise account management function within Starlink.
• Hire and lead an exceptional team.
• Identify tools/capabilities to manage accounts at scale with cross-functional partners.
• Develop internal goals and metrics to measure success.
• Manage all aspects of non-technical project management for Civilian government accounts.
• Ensure contract requirements are delivered on time and risk is communicated.
