Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Manager, Starlink Enterprise Accounts (State & Local Programs) in Hawthorne, CA to lead a growing, cross‑functional team responsible for delivering Starlink to government subsidized programs.

You will own enterprise account strategy, contracts from signature to activation, and revenue realization across state and local governments. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years working with government customers and system integrators, 10+ years with State & Local executives, and

Qualifications

10+ years working with State & Local executives and customers to support a technical product/service.
5+ years of direct people management experience.
12+ years of experience working with government customers and system integrators.
Exceptional customer interface skills, including written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Build, deliver, and rapidly implement strategy and growth plans for delivering Starlink to gov subsidized programs.
Grow and build the enterprise account management function within Starlink.
Hire and lead an exceptional team.
Identify and build tools/capabilities to manage accounts in a scalable way with finance and software teams.
Develop internal goals and metrics to measure success.
Manage all aspects of non-technical project management for government subsidized accounts.
Ensure contracts are delivered on time and meet requirements.
