Allied Universal is seeking an Enterprise Account Portfolio Manager to support a large financial services client in Denver, CO. The role builds relationships with corporate security executives and coordinates with branches and support functions across states.

You will analyze operational metrics, manage security protocols, and drive contract renewal or rebid processes while ensuring contractual compliance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a high-workforce environment or service industry.
• Minimum 2 years of account management experience driving customer solutions.
• Minimum 2 years of experience driving operational and financial metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with enterprise clients and Allied Universal's branch teams, ensuring service level delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Travel domestically and internationally 35-75% of the time as needed.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and facilitate client quarterly and annual business reviews.
