Job summary

Allied Universal seeks a National Security Portfolio Manager to support a large retail client by managing enterprise relationships across multiple states. The role involves travel, leading KPIs, and ensuring contract performance.

The candidate will oversee financial performance, coordinate with sales and field leadership for renewals, and drive client satisfaction through strategic security solutions.

Qualifications

• Must possess one or more of the following: a Bachelor's/Associate degree with management experience in a high-workforce environment or service industry.
• Minimum of two years of account management experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience driving operational and financial metrics.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across branches and support departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with enterprise clients and Allied Universal's branch teams; ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Travel domestically and internationally (35%–75% as needed).
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and facilitate client reviews.
• Analyze and report operational metrics and KPIs; drive efficiency and productivity.
• Identify and mitigate security risks; develop protocols and training; ensure contract compliance.
• Lead P&L management, drive revenue growth, and support contract renewals or rebids.
