Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Enterprise Account Portfolio Manager to support a major telecommunications client. The role builds relationships with the client’s security executives and leads cross-state collaboration with Allied offices.

The position requires 4 days onsite at the client corporate office in St. Louis, MO and one day remote, with travel up to 75%. You will manage P&L, drive revenue growth, and coordinate with sales and operations to ensure contract performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business or related field with at least 3 years of management experience
• Associate’s degree with 5 years of management experience
• High school diploma with 7 years of management experience
• Two+ years of account management experience
• Two+ years of experience driving operational and financial metrics

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships with enterprise accounts
• Travel domestically 35% to 75% as required
• Prepare and present quarterly and annual business reviews
• Analyze KPIs and drive operational metrics
• Oversee P&L and budget allocation, and coordinate renewals
