Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Enterprise Account Portfolio Manager to support the world’s largest retail client. The role builds strong relationships with client executives and collaborates with branch offices and corporate support functions to drive service excellence.

The EAPM will travel up to 75% domestically and internationally, prepare presentations for business reviews, analyze KPIs, and manage P&L while pursuing growth and contract renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with management experience in a service industry.
• Two years of account management experience driving customer solutions.
• Two years of experience driving operational and financial metrics.
• Leadership to foster teamwork and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with enterprise clients and Allied Universal’s branch teams.
• Travel domestically and internationally 35% to 75% as needed.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and facilitate client reviews.
• Analyze, report and drive KPIs using the BI platform.
• Manage the P&L and drive revenue growth and contract renewals.
