Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a National Security Portfolio Manager to cultivate relationships with enterprise clients and lead multi-state account initiatives. The role requires travel, operational oversight, and financial leadership to drive profitability and contract renewals.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and field leadership to optimize service delivery and client satisfaction across locations in the US, including Bentonville, AR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years of management experience in a service environment.
• Two+ years of account management experience driving customer solutions.
• Two+ years of experience driving operational and financial metrics with strong financial acumen.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, agility and client relations capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate across branches and support departments to satisfy clients.
• Proven problem-solving skills to balance client and employee needs while profitability is maintained.
• Proficient in web-based applications and BI tools for metrics, reporting, automation, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with enterprise clients and Allied Universal's branches to ensure service delivery and satisfaction.
• Travel 35%–75% based on client needs; prepare presentations and lead quarterly/annual business reviews.
• Analyze KPIs using BI tools to maximize efficiency and productivity; manage security protocols and training.
• Manage P&L, drive revenue growth, collections, and expenses; lead renewal or rebid processes.
