Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a National Security Portfolio Manager to oversee enterprise client security programs across multiple states, aligning branch teams and corporate support to ensure top-tier service. The role emphasizes client relationship management, KPI-driven operations, and strategic collaboration.

The position requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to drive contract renewals and growth, with significant travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business or related field with 3+ years of management experience in a high-workload environment or service industry or
• Associate's degree in Criminal Justice, Business or related field with 5+ years of management experience in a high-volume workforce environment or service industry
• High school diploma with a minimum of 7 years of management experience in a high-volume workforce environment or service industry

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with enterprise clients and Allied Universal's branch teams, ensuring service level delivery and customer satisfaction through in person and virtual meetings.
• Travel domestic and international, ranging from 35% to 75% of the time based on client and company needs.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and facilitate client quarterly and annual business reviews.
