Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a National Security Portfolio Manager to lead Enterprise Account Portfolio for a major retail client across multiple states. You will manage relationships with security executives, drive KPI-based performance, and oversee financials including P&L, budgets, and renewals.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-team collaboration, and travel up to 35-75%. You will present quarterly reviews, optimize service delivery, and ensure contract compliance while growing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business or related field with 3+ years of mgmt experience.
• Associate's degree with 5+ years of mgmt experience in high-volume settings.
• High school diploma with 7+ years of mgmt experience in high-volume settings.
• Minimum of 2 years of account management experience driving customer solutions.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience driving operational and financial metrics.

Responsibilities

• Relationships management and client intimacy with enterprise clients and branch teams; travel 35%–75%.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and facilitate client quarterly/annual reviews.
• Analyze and drive operational metrics using BI platform; identify and mitigate security risks.
• Manage P&L and drive financial performance; support contract renewals or rebids.
