Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business or related field with 3+ years of management experience
• Associate's degree in Criminal Justice, Business or related field with 5+ years of management experience
• High school diploma with 7+ years of management experience in a high-volume service environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with enterprise clients and Allied Universal's branch teams, ensuring service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Travel domestically and internationally 35% to 75% based on client needs
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and facilitate client quarterly and annual business reviews
• Analyze, report and drive operational metrics and KPIs using BI tools
• Identify and mitigate security risks; develop and implement security protocols and training
• Manage the P&L and drive financial performance including revenue growth and cost control
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and field leadership on contract renewals or rebids
