Job summary

Allied Universal seeks an Enterprise Account Portfolio Manager to support a major retail client. You will build relationships with corporate security leaders across multiple states and coordinate with branches and corporate support to drive key client initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing P&L, driving financial performance, and leading contract renewals or rebids. Requires collaboration across sales, marketing, and field leadership to meet financial targets and ensure client

Qualifications

• Must possess one or more of the following: degree and management in a high-workforce environment or service industry.
• Minimum of two years of account management experience driving customer solutions.
• Minimum of two years of experience driving operational and financial metrics with strong financial acumen.
• Leadership skills that foster teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and results.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple branches and support departments to serve the client.
• Results-oriented problem-solving to meet client and employee needs profitably.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office and BI tools for metrics analysis, reporting, automation, and presentations.
• Dynamic networking to engage safety and trust at local events.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management and Client Intimacy: develop and nurture enterprise client relationships and ensure service delivery and satisfaction.
• Travel 35%–75% domestically or internationally depending on client needs.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and facilitate quarterly and annual business reviews.
