Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking an Account Manager to drive new business within existing accounts and build relationships with government-related transportation operators across North America. The role supports digital transformation across design, planning, and operations of critical infrastructure.

You will manage prospects, build strategic plans, and leverage Bentley’s portfolio while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in selling software to government sector.
• Knowledge of CAD/BIM and Transportation domain.
• Proficiency with Bentley product portfolio at a business level.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, engineering).
• Strong prospecting and pipeline management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create effective business plans to expand use of Bentley’s portfolio within your assigned region.
• Prospect for new business opportunities and drive sales through positive outcomes to exceed quota.
• Develop relationships at C-Level, VP’s and Directors within accounts using direct sales techniques and on-site meetings.
• Develop a sales pipeline and forecast revenue by following the Bentley Sales Process and using Salesforce.
• Promote Bentley’s value proposition to designers, engineers, contractors and owners.
