Job summary

Fractal Analytics in South Florida is seeking a senior Account Growth Manager to own strategic growth across key CPG accounts and drive enterprise AI, data, and cloud modernization initiatives.

You will build C-suite relationships, align solutions to client priorities, and manage revenue targets, renewals, and expansions with cross-functional teams.

This client-facing leadership role combines strategic thinking with delivery governance and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or related field is required.
• MBA is preferred for senior account leadership roles.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar CP G accounts in data, analytics, or consulting environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned CPG accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders across marketing, sales, supply chain, and insights.
• Own revenue and growth targets; identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies and quarterly business plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create value propositions addressing client challenges.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and monitor client satisfaction metrics.
