Responsibilities

• Own quarterly business reviews, forecasts, and campaign roadmaps.
• Present performance insights and opportunities in a clear, compelling narrative.
• Build renewal strategies and identify upsell opportunities rooted in client goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact delivery.
