Job summary

Elastic is recruiting an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts across a defined territory. You will own pipeline, tell the Elastic Search AI story, and close complex multi-stakeholder, consumption-based deals.

You will collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals, while maintaining forecast accuracy and building formal close plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing complex Enterprise SaaS deals.
• Proficient in MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks.
• Executive-level presentations and demos that tie product to dollars saved or revenue gained.
• Strong negotiation chops with multi-year, high-ACV contracts.
• Technical & cloud fluency including observability, security, and cloud pricing.
• Collaborative mindset, coachable, and aligned with Elastic values.
• Open Source enthusiasm; OSS context is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own territory and build pipeline with proactive outbound cadence.
• Perform deep discovery and qualification using MEDDPICC to prioritize high-confidence deals.
• Craft and deliver value storytelling and live demos across Elastic capabilities.
• Maintain CRM and forecast accuracy within ±10% of actuals (≥90%).
• Lead executive negotiations and secure multi-year consumption commitments.
• Speak fluently about cloud economics and modern data architectures.
• Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing and RevOps to accelerate deals.
