Job summary

Eon is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive based in New Jersey or Pennsylvania to build and scale our enterprise sales. You will own the sales process from prospecting to closing, cultivate relationships with senior decision-makers, and drive revenue growth for our Cloud Backup Posture Management platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience, including at least 4 years in enterprise sales.
• Proven success in prospecting and identifying new leads.
• Experience closing deals, particularly in Enterprise SaaS.
• Ability to build trust and long-term partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
• Passion for acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong experience negotiating complex deals with win-win outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business from scratch.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities within the territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
