Job summary

Eon is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to build a sales pipeline from scratch in the New Jersey or Pennsylvania region. You will develop relationships with target companies, identify new business opportunities, and deliver top-tier service across the enterprise SaaS landscape.

The ideal candidate has extensive, proven experience in enterprise sales, a track record of meeting targets, and a passion for driving growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years sales experience, including at least 4 in enterprise sales.
• Proven success prospecting and identifying new leads.
• Experience closing Enterprise SaaS deals and negotiating complex agreements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business from scratch.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities within territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Provide regular feedback on sales performance and market trends to leadership.
• Ensure timely delivery of products based on client needs.
