Eon, a cloud backup platform, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive in New Jersey or Pennsylvania to build sales from the ground up, develop strong relationships with customers, and drive enterprise revenue in the backup space. • 8+ years of sales experience, including at least 4 years in enterprise sales.
• Proven success in prospecting and identifying new leads.
• Experience closing deals, particularly in Enterprise SaaS.
• Strong relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
• Passion for acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience negotiating complex deals with win-win outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business from scratch.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits.
• Work with sales team to identify opportunities within territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Provide feedback on sales performance and market trends to management.
• Ensure timely delivery of products based on client needs.
