Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive (Enterprise/Major Accounts) to join our Higher Education team. You will partner with Salesforce core AE teams to deliver MuleSoft and Informatica solutions that connect admissions, SIS, LMS, and legacy systems.

In this role you will build relationships with CIOs, Provosts, and senior data leaders, align account strategy with enrollment and retention goals, and drive growth across existing and new logos while navigating complex university organizations.

Qualifications

• Experience selling in higher education or public sector preferred.
• Ability to sell technical platforms and navigate matrixed organizations.
• Understanding of integration/API/data governance/automation and related outcomes for university leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with Higher Ed stakeholders (CIOs, Provosts, VP Enrollment Management, CDos).
• Align account strategy with enrollment, retention, and advancement objectives.
• Position MuleSoft and Informatica as the necessary data infrastructure for AI transformation.
• Drive growth across existing accounts and greenfield prospects.
