Job summary

Justt is seeking a high-impact Enterprise Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close in a fast-moving Series-C environment. You will map value, articulate ROI, and coordinate with product, engineering, and finance to land multi-million-dollar deals in payments/fintech.

Based in Tampa, you’ll operate on a hybrid schedule, travel 20–30%, and help scale Justt’s chargeback automation platform across large brands.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build business cases and run value-based sales cycles.
• Experience with MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar methodologies.
• Strong capability to close complex enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle.
• Proactively generate pipeline through outbound outreach, events, and strategic prospecting.
• Lead discovery to uncover operational, financial, and technical pain tied to chargebacks.
• Run structured value-selling motions (MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message).
• Align stakeholders across payments, fraud, finance, and operations teams.
• Build a compelling business case rooted in ROI, efficiency, and risk reduction.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering, Partnerships, and Product to execute multi-threaded deals.
• Negotiate commercial terms and drive deals through legal to close.
• Produce $5M+ in influenced/managed pipeline.
• Represent Justt at conferences and client onsite events (travel 20–30%).
• Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting; evolve GTM playbooks as we scale.
