Job summary

Justt is seeking a US-focused chargebacks and payments expert to shorten sales cycles, raise win rates for strategic deals, and position Justt as the leading name in US payments disputes.

You will sit between Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Customer Success and Product, acting as the trusted voice of the US market and building credibility with enterprise merchants and PSPs across the region.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in payments, chargebacks, fraud or risk.
• Deep knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, and AmEx dispute rules, alerts and RDR.
• Proven track record supporting complex enterprise sales (pre-sales, advisory, or SME).
• A working network among US Heads of Payments, Fraud and Risk.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to payments and chargebacks expert for US strategic merchants and PSPs.
• Join business reviews and escalations on top US accounts.
• Spot expansion angles and bring them to the account owner.
• Lead external representation: conferences, events and forums.
• Represent Justt at key US events and build customer credibility.
• Lead roundtables and panels and bring customers on stage with you.
