Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI company, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts. You’ll own a defined territory, build your own pipeline, deliver tailored value stories, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

You will lead discovery, apply MEDDPICC, and collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing and RevOps to accelerate deals and drive exceptional

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing complex Enterprise SaaS deals.
• Experience applying MEDDPICC or similar frameworks to qualify pipeline.
• Ability to deliver executive-level presentations and demos.
• Proven track record in multi-year, high-ACV contracts.
• Strong cloud and observability knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own territory and build pipeline with outbound cadence generating ≥50% of opportunities.
• Conduct deep discovery to identify pain, impact, budget and decision criteria.
• Deliver tailored value stories and live demos mapping Elastic capabilities to outcomes.
• Collaborate on formal close plans and maintain forecast accuracy within ±10%.
• Lead executive negotiations to secure multi-year consumption commitments.
• Discuss cloud economics and data architectures to position Elastic as the platform of choice.
• Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing and RevOps to accelerate deals.
