Job summary
Elastic, the Search AI company, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts. You will own a defined territory, build your pipeline, tell Elastic’s AI story, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.
This role blends sales execution with technical fluency and cross-functional collaboration, and requires 5+ years of quotas-driven success in enterprise SaaS and a strong MEDDPICC or equivalent
Qualifications
- 5+ years of quota-driven success closing enterprise SaaS deals.
- Ability to apply MEDDPICC or equivalent for disciplined pipeline.
- Proven track record delivering executive-level demos and ROI.
- Strong negotiation and multi-year high-ACV contract experience.
Responsibilities
- Own territory and build pipeline with proactive outbound cadence.
- Perform deep discovery to identify pain, budget, and decision criteria.
- Deliver tailored value storytelling and live demos mapping to outcomes.
- Collaborate on formal close plans and maintain forecast accuracy.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations and multi-year consumption commitments.
- Speak fluently about cloud economics and modern data architectures.
- Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps.
