Elastic, the Search AI company, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic accounts. You will own a defined territory, build pipeline, tell Elastic’s story, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

The role requires 5+ years closing enterprise SaaS deals, MEDDPICC discipline, executive storytelling, and multi-year, high-ACV negotiation.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years closing complex Enterprise deals.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.
• Ability to present to executives and map product value to dollars.

• Own your territory & build pipeline with proactive outbound activity.
• Deep discovery & qualification to chase high-confidence deals.
• Deliver tailored narratives and live demos mapping Elastic’s capabilities to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with customers to build formal close plans and maintain forecast accuracy.
• Lead high-stakes contract and pricing discussions for multi-year consumption commitments.
