Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking an Account Manager to execute the company’s direct sales strategy within a defined territory and drive revenue growth. The role involves proctoring physician procedures, gathering data, and providing training feedback to improve outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in medical device sales or clinical support, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Travel across the territory is expected, with on-site field work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years outside sales experience OR experience in clinical service or direct clinical support of physicians/healthcare providers.
• Valid driver's license in the U.S. with clean driving record.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and in a commission-driven role.
• Willingness to travel including overnight/weekend trips.

Responsibilities

• Execute company's direct sales strategy and plans within assigned territory to meet revenue targets.
• Proctor Integra-trained physicians during initial procedures to provide guidance and feedback.
• Maintain records in Integra’s CRM system for contacts and facilities.
