Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking an Area Sales Director to guide Acclarent & Acute Specialty Instrument US sales regions. You will steer strategic plans, forecast revenue, and lead a team of Regional Managers and Area Specialists to achieve annual targets while maintaining alignment with company policies and values.

You will routinely engage key customers, manage contracting cycles, and collaborate with field and enterprise teams to strengthen market position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of medical device sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years in sales management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic selling plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage ~5 Regional Managers and Area Specialists.
• Oversee $90M revenue goal and quarterly objectives.
• Analyze sales, marketing and financial data to monitor progress.
• Forecast and drive accuracy using standard Sales methodologies.
• Lead contract initiatives with field and enterprise teams.
• Cultivate relationships with key customers including IDNs.
• Provide coaching and development to sales team.
• Travel ~50% to customer sites and conventions.
