Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required.
• 3–5 years related experience with supervision preferred.
• 1 year experience with ERP/SIS systems such as Banner.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, leads, and manages staff, prioritizes and assigns work, and conducts performance evaluations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of enrollment services (applications, registrations, financial aid).
• Develop and implement enrollment procedures and guidelines to improve efficiency.
• Provide guidance to staff and students on enrollment procedures, requirements, and options.
• Monitor enrollment trends, analyze data, generate reports, and support planning.
