Job summary

Central New Mexico Community College is seeking an Enrollment Services Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the enrollment services team. The role focuses on accurate processing of student enrollment applications, records, and related documentation while aligning with campus strategies to meet enrollment goals.

You will manage staff, analyze enrollment data, and collaborate across departments to drive process improvements and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required.
• 3–5 years related experience with at least 1 year using ERP/SIS systems such as Banner.
• Experience in supervision, leadership, or management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily enrollment services operations, including applications, registrations, and financial aid processing.
• Develop and implement enrollment procedures, policies, and guidelines to improve efficiency.
• Provide guidance to staff and students on enrollment procedures and financial aid options.
• Collaborate with academic departments and campus stakeholders to ensure coordinated enrollment services.
• Monitor trends, analyze data, and generate reports to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and privacy standards.
• Support the Student Success Contact Center and One-Stop services.
