Job summary

CNM Central New Mexico Community College is seeking an Enrollment Services Supervisor to manage daily operations of the enrollment services department, ensuring accurate processing of applications, records, and documentation. The role collaborates with campus stakeholders to implement enrollment strategies and improve student retention.

The position supports the Student Success Contact Center and One-Stop, handles escalated inquiries, analyzes data, and generates reports to guide process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree with 3–5 years related experience.
• 1 year experience with ERP/SIS systems such as Banner preferred.
• Supervision/leadership or managerial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day enrollment services operations, including processing applications, registrations, and financial aid.
• Develop and implement enrollment policies and guidelines to improve efficiency.
• Provide guidance to staff and students on enrollment procedures and options.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordination of enrollment services.
• Monitor enrollment trends, generate reports, and support strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and privacy standards.
